Granite Recruitment Ltd is representing a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor for an onsite NEC administration role in Aberdeen. The role is client-facing and embedded with the client team on site five days a week, contributing to a £70 million programme running through 2029.

The contract is a 12-month rolling arrangement outside IR35, with a competitive daily rate that includes travel and hotel provisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts and compensation events.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting across the project lifecycle.
• Comfortable onsite embedding with client teams and strong IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer NEC contracts on site with the client team.
• Track costs, budgets and forecast project finances.
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders to report progress.
