The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

1. Valuations
2. Cost reports
3. Final accounts
4. Client management
5. Instructions
6. Variations
7. Contract administration

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role include:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Experience across all sectors of the built environment
• MRICS qualification ideally
• Ability to autonomously manage projects
• Consultancy experience
• Experience with major projects is desirable
