Job Description:

Pod Talent is collaborating with a global leader in the ingredients and nutrition sector to find a Quality Technologist. This role is part of their supplier-focused quality team and is ideal for someone experienced in food or nutrition manufacturing, eager to expand their expertise in supplier approvals, audits, and quality systems within a dynamic, international environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the renewal and approval of supplier audit packs globally
• Manage quality documentation across systems (Docuware, FBSS, ADW), ensuring compliance with standards
• Support onboarding of new suppliers, including risk assessments and certification checks (e.g., Organic, FAMI-QS, Animal Feed)
• Address technical queries, non-conformances, and blocked inventory reviews
• Participate in HACCP meetings and support continuous improvement of the QMS

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality, Technical, or R&D roles within food, ingredients, or nutrition industries
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC (Food or Agents & Brokers), and food legislation
• Experience with retailer specification systems (e.g., QADEX, Hamilton Grant)
• Some exposure to auditing and managing complaints/non-conformances
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage tight deadlines
