Job summary

Custom Power LLC is seeking a proactive Quality Technician to help ensure materials, components and finished products meet high standards. You will perform inspections, use measurement tools and support continual improvement across manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have prior QA inspection experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. The role offers a hands-on environment with active involvement in audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Technician or Quality Inspector in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques, testing methods and quality documentation.
• Experience identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, components and finished products.
• Use inspection equipment and test boxes to verify product quality.
• Identify, investigate and resolve non-conformances and quality issues.
• Manage Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and Discrepant Material Report (DMR) processes.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports and documentation.
• Support internal audits, equipment calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and other teams to uphold high standards.
