Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a skilled Test Technician to perform electrical testing and verification of electronic power products across the manufacturing process. You will follow defined procedures, document test results, and ensure products meet specifications before progressing in production or shipment.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to maintain product quality and traceability, handling both routine and non-routine tests in a hands-on, process-driven

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical testing and electronics
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good record-keeping and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Execute production test procedures in accordance with released work instructions, test specifications and quality requirements.
• Set up and operate test stations, fixtures and associated software.
• Verify that test equipment and test stations are functioning correctly before use.
• Perform visual, functional and electrical testing of electronic assemblies and finished products.
• Support first-off, in-process and final testing as required.
• Identify and clearly label failed or non-conforming products and route them in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate test records and traceability across MES/ERP/test systems.
