What we achieve together

• Do you have experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Inspection or other engineering fields and are looking to join a new manufacturing facility as part of a wider group? Are you eager to develop your career and play a major role in the future growth of the business?
• Reporting to the Head of Plant Quality Assurance, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our manufacturing facility.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the QM module of SAP in line with business processes, managing the calibration database, entering new equipment, ensuring adherence to calibration frequency, and updating data following external calibration.
• Conduct regular testing of our products and components according to testing plans.
• Process supplier rejects and collaborate with suppliers to drive improvements and preventive actions.
• Use your communication skills to analyze data effectively and work with other disciplines at all levels.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Quality disciplines.
• Proficient with measuring and inspection equipment; able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience gained from a hands-on Quality Assurance role within a shop floor manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, SPC, Ishikawa.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• A keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to promoting Quality Culture within the business.
