We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our growing Quality Team.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for:
Supporting and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including tracking nonconforming parts, escalating issues, and assisting with investigations and containment actions. The role may also involve data collection and tracking using provided templates and reporting tools.
What you are already great at:
- Supporting investigations into customer complaints with quality checks and inspections.
- Raising quality concerns during internal processes through CAPA.
- Monitoring and inspecting production processes/products to meet quality standards.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Participating in audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintaining quality documentation, including test plans and protocols.
- Monitoring inventory of materials and supplies for quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality processes.
- Supporting KPI collection and analysis related to quality control.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and coordinating internal audits of the QMS.
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Proficiency in report generation, data analysis, and software tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems like EFACS).
- Good communication skills for collaboration with engineers and teams.
- Experience with measurement devices (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
- A drive to develop skills in Quality.
- Experience in auditing is advantageous but not essential; training can be provided.
