Our client, a well-established Manufacturing Organisation with sites across the UK, is seeking a Quality Team Leader to join their business based in Brierley on a permanent basis.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Team Leader with Health and Safety experience to join our client's team in the steel industry. Our client is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.
The role will focus on Quality & H&S. The person will be expected to run and maintain ISO standards, carry out root cause analysis, respond to internal and external Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implement continuous improvement plans, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. They will supervise customer and internal audits and maintain all relevant paperwork for submission.
Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance records, training matrices, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring proper documentation and calibration of measuring equipment.
Mission
Manage the day-to-day routine and emerging work through the Quality team using established processes and procedures to perform checks and support the improvement of the company's product quality to the highest Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
Collaborate closely with the group for standardization at the depot.
