Job summary

EVEREC is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to join its London manufacturing and engineering team. You will help implement and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS) and quality procedures across manufacturing operations, working closely with engineering and production to embed quality in the product lifecycle.

The role involves reviewing existing quality processes, managing NCRs, and supporting NPI.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Engineering within manufacturing/engineering environments.
Experience implementing or improving QMS in manufacturing.
Good understanding of QMS procedures and ISO 9001.
Experience inspecting parts/components and managing NCRs.

Responsibilities

Support selection and development of a Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection processes and testing standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality requirements are met.
Review quality and testing procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
Inspect components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
Manage non-conformances, investigations and corrective actions.
Support NPI and transition from development to manufacturing.
Maintain quality documentation and reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as volumes grow.
