Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong QMS, compliance and audit expertise.
• Confident communicator who can influence and have tough conversations.
• High energy, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for Quality & QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure audit readiness (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards).
• Govern change management, risk assessments and internal audits.
• Oversee complaints, product registrations, food defence & food fraud.
• Manage raw material approval and supplier quality.
• Drive a strong Culture of Quality across all functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three.
