Job summary

Nexus Life Sciences in Liverpool is seeking a Quality Systems & Compliance Manager on a 12‑month FTC (Maternity Cover) with immediate start to lead the site QMS and safeguard product quality, safety and regulatory compliance. You will drive audits, change management, supplier quality and a culture of quality across functions, while coaching a team of three and influencing across the site.

• Ensure audit readiness (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards).
• Govern change management, risk assessments and internal audits.
• Oversee complaints, product registrations, food defence & food fraud.
• Manage raw material approval and supplier quality.
• Drive a strong Culture of Quality across all functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three.
