Job summary

Nexus Life Sciences in Liverpool is seeking a Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the site QMS and drive a Culture of Quality across the operation.

You will oversee audits (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards), manage change, risk assessments and internal audits, and develop supplier quality while leading a three-person team.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience.
• Background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong QMS, compliance and audit expertise.
• Confident communicator who can influence and have tough conversations.
• High energy, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for Quality.
