Job summary

Nestlé UK&I is seeking a Quality Systems Manager for the York Factory. You will own the site’s quality systems, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive improvements to ensure safe, compliant, First Time Right products.

Collaborate with the factory Quality Manager and market teams to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and raise quality standards across shifts and departments at the York site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality systems within a factory/FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000).
• Experience using SAP in quality/ manufacturing context is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Team to produce safe, compliant and First Time Right products; minimise losses through systems coordination and improvement.
• Work with the Quality Manager to plan quality improvements across the factory.
• Own and maintain the site's quality systems and contribute to external audits.
• Coordinate internal and third-party audits and provide training as needed.
• Ensure traceability and documentation are accurate and compliant.
