Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is hiring a Quality Systems Manager at our York factory. You will support the quality team to ensure safe, compliant products and drive improvements across the site, while coordinating internal and external audits.

You will own the quality management system, work with the Quality Manager on strategic quality initiatives, and coach teams to uphold Nestlé standards across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance within a factory/FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvements and corrective actions.
• Strong data analysis skills and use of PowerBI is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality team to deliver safe, compliant, First Time Right products.
• Own the site quality systems and manage external audits.
• Plan and drive quality improvement initiatives across the factory.
• coach and train team members on quality processes and standards.
• Ensure traceability and accurate documentation across manufacturing records.
