Job summary

Kinisla Group is recruiting a Quality Systems Coordinator for a fixed-term maternity cover based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. The role supports the Quality Systems Team across Europe, generating regional/global KPIs and handling product release from the warehouse.

You will manage lab consumables stock, PPE and related admin tasks using SAP. The role involves internal/external KPI reporting, pest control portal maintenance, QMS audits, SOP writing and staff training, and deputising for the QS

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a Food Science related subject.
• Fluency in English and strong numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse data.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of the BRC Global Food Standard and customer standards.
• Experience with RCA and practical problem-solving tools; clear communication.
• Attention to detail; able to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
• Good planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Release products from warehouse based on testing.
• Produce internal KPI reports (weekly/monthly).
• Prepare external KPI reports for customers (monthly/quarterly).
• Maintain QMS related admin tasks and SOP documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and external storage.
• Review RM Approval documentation and inspections scheduling.
• Manage stock ordering and purchase orders for the technical dept.
• Deputise for the QS manager when required.
