Job summary

RBW Consulting LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee QA and QC activities at a growing GMP manufacturing facility. You will report into site leadership and manage a small quality team to uphold compliance and drive improvement.

The role requires GMP manufacturing experience, prior supervisory experience, and strong QA/QC knowledge. You will lead investigations, deviations, CAPAs and non-conformances, review batch records and quality documentation, and collaborate

• Support audits, inspections, change controls and validations.
• Monitor KPIs and promote a strong quality culture.
