Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to maintain stock integrity and high quality across recovery channels. You will work hands-on with warehouse teams to identify issues, drive improvements, and ensure compliance.

The role is full-time at the M&S site, with a 5-from-7 shift pattern from 08:00 to 16:00. Salary up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits and pension. Join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of quality standards and stock control.
• Experience with WMS/JDA and MS Office.
• Willingness to work a 5-from-7 shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock quality and integrity across recovery channels.
• Inspect recovered products including temperature-controlled environments.
• Identify damaged stock and coordinate recovery, movement, or waste actions.
• Support and improve Quality Control procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Provide guidance and training on quality standards to warehouse colleagues.
