Job summary

GSK invites graduates to join the Quality Science Graduate Programme at Ware, UK, starting September 2027. This two-year programme focuses on applying scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges through rotations, training and mentoring.

You'll gain hands-on experience in quality testing labs and manufacturing facilities, with exposure to regulatory insights, quality systems and analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, operations and supply

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science or related field.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Graduation date by August 2027.

Responsibilities

Regulatory insight: build knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Hands-on lab and production experience in quality testing laboratories and manufacturing facilities.
Comprehensive quality control: learn how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact to ensure product quality.
Quality systems & analytics: apply quality standards in deviations, corrective and preventive actions, change control and documentation.
Risk and compliance: develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with teams across manufacturing, quality, technical services, R&D and supply chain.
Sustainability focus: work on projects contributing to environmental sustainability and Net Carbon Zero initiatives.
