GSK is offering a Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme in Ware, United Kingdom, starting September 2027. You will apply engineering or digital knowledge through rotations and mentoring, tackling real manufacturing challenges while developing cross-functional expertise.

The two-year programme emphasizes digital data and analytics, sustainability, and professional growth with support from senior leaders and structured training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations. Graduation by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and validate engineering projects.
• Manage lifecycle of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning.
• Enhance equipment reliability through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Drive smart manufacturing via AI and digital transformation technologies.
• Define and implement automation improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Use data-driven approaches and data visualization to monitor processes and improve decision making.
