Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is recruiting for the MSAT Graduate Programme in Ware, UK, commencing September 2027. This two-year programme offers rotations across manufacturing, analytics and digital tooling, with mentoring and training opportunities in a highly regulated pharma environment.

You will explore process development, equipment performance and product quality while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real manufacturing challenges. Graduation by August 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (IChemE accredited) with relevant modules.
• Graduation by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Shape global supply chain manufacturing improvements through rotations and projects.
• Develop expertise in data analytics and digital tools used in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and sustainability.
