Job summary

The Learning Enterprise (TLE), the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, is seeking a Quality and Safety Trainer. This hybrid role, based in Surrey with some Kent travel, focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality training to healthcare colleagues across multiple sites.

You will support training compliance, maintain records, and work with quality and clinical teams to continually improve training provision.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• A recognised Level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification, or willingness to achieve within agreed timeframe.
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning for health and care audiences.
• Experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual training.
• Confident with digital tools for learning development.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and course design.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning for diverse health and care audiences.
• Deliver training via face-to-face and virtual methods.
• Support internal quality assurance of clinical and quality learning interventions.
• Maintain and update training course catalogue.
• Collaborate on training projects and programmes of work.
• Support subject matter experts delivering learning across the organisation.
• Identify improvements to learning provision and support needs analysis.
• Develop clear learning outcomes and course content.
