Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Quality and Safety Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning that helps colleagues work safely and to required quality standards. The role is hybrid, primarily supporting services in Surrey with some travel to Kent, and requires a full driving licence to enable travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must have degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Recognised Level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification, or willing to achieve this within an agreed timeframe.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between locations.
