The Role - Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager


Risk and compliance officers ensure adherence to regulations. As a senior manager, you will ensure CBRE complies with external regulations, internal policies, and client requirements, supporting industry expertise and client decision-making. This hybrid role involves travel as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide operational leadership in risk and compliance at the account level.
  2. Develop and circulate QHSE information, reviewing procedures regularly.
  3. Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs; develop action plans for consistency.
  4. Standardize documentation platforms to align with client expansion and expectations.
  5. Implement documentation control procedures in line with ISO standards.
  6. Lead risk and compliance efforts within campus teams.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with the Client Compliance team.
  8. Ensure contractual and QHSE compliance for data centre operations.
  9. Influence indirect employees and support business outcomes.
  10. Participate in engineering and operational activities, developing programs to enhance risk and compliance.
  11. Support data centre solutions and transition projects.
  12. Act as subject matter expert, providing metrics, analytics, and reports.
  13. Consult with clients and leadership on data centre operations.
  14. Lead audits and develop risk and compliance strategies across the client portfolio.
  15. Drive incident management reporting, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office and systems management software.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks across complex sites.
  3. Understanding of regulatory landscape, industry knowledge, risk assessment, problem-solving, data interpretation, and effective communication.
  4. Experience in incident review, root cause analysis, and embedding lessons learned.
  5. Strong quantitative and technical skills.
