Job summary

Searchability is seeking a proactive Quality & Process Coordinator in Basildon to standardise processes, reduce manual workloads and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will map processes, identify bottlenecks and drive automation using Power Automate, Power Platform and RPA, while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Experience improving, redesigning and documenting business processes.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual workflows.
• Experience within an MSP, IT services or technical environment.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and document business processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate, Power Platform or RPA.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 frameworks and audits.
• Assist with health and safety, COSHH, fire safety and facilities compliance.
