Job summary

Ccpi Europe Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Quality Practitioner Level 4 Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience while working toward a national Level 4 qualification in Quality Management.

You'll support QMS maintenance, assist with internal audits, monitor quality indicators, and drive continuous improvement across operations. The role offers mentoring, development opportunities, and a structured on-the-job training pathway, starting November 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Interest in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and produce reports.
• Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis activities.
• Help implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
• Work with teams across the business to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Support continuous improvement projects and customer quality requirements.
