Framatome UK in Avonmouth, Bristol, invites applications for an Apprentice Technical Co-Ordinator within the Quality & Inspection team. This entry-level role supports LTQR/ QRC, document control and coordination across projects.

You will assist admin, maintain trackers, and liaise with stakeholders while building knowledge in quality management, welding, and NDT concepts through the CSR Group apprenticeship. This 14-month program includes on-the-job training and off-the-job study.

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a similar role or keen interest in a quality career.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software and IT in general.
  • Business level English written and verbal.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist administration to QA-QC and manufacturing/contract projects as required.
  • Coordinate with Document Controller for submission of deliverables.
  • Maintain trackers for quality records reviewed/submitted and comments raised.
  • Assist with coordination and control of inspection records.
  • Assist with LTQR and QRC archiving and review.
  • Assist with setup of Project/work scopes on electronic tools.
  • Support KPI creation/monitoring for Right First-Time submissions.
  • Verify radiograph counts/reports prior to transfer to Client.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with reviewing electronic records on standalone systems.
  • Support implementation of new record management systems.
  • Support Supervising Technical Co-ordinator with tasks.
  • Coordinate quality documentation across functions (Manufacturing/Construction – PMO – QA – Doc Control – Client).
  • Interact with various Electronic Data Management Systems.

They also support the administration of digital platforms used within the manufacturing-construction & installation works.This is an entry level role with opportunities to extend and develop into other quality-based roles.**What will you be doing?**• Assist with administration and support service to the manufacturing & QA-QC Depts for the project/contract as required. • Assist with the co-ordination and support for Document Controller in the submission of deliverables. • Maintain trackers for all quality records reviewed/submitted and comments raised. • Assist with the co-ordination and control of inspection Records • Asist with the review, compilation, co-ordination & archive of Life time Quality Records (LTQR) and Quality Release Certificates (QRC). • Assist with the administrative support for the set-up of Project / work scopes on various electronic tools. • Provide support for performance management systems i.e. Create, monitor and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on the Right First-Time (RFT) objectives with document submissions. • Assist with the Verification of radiograph count and reports prior to transfer to Client. • Communicate with Internal and external Stakeholders where necessary. • Assist with reviewing electronic records that are held on standalone systems. • Support the transition and application of new systems and software for record management • Support the Supervising Technical Co-ordinator in completing various tasks. • Co-ordination of quality documentation between stake holding functions.
