Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd in the Billericay area seeks a Quality Manager to own quality across the manufacturing business, driving improvements and customer satisfaction.

You will lead ISO 9001 quality systems, embed a Right First Time culture and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver lasting change.

The role offers a £50,000-£55,000 salary plus a 10% bonus, pension, life assurance and five weeks’ holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO 9001 quality systems in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements across ISO 9001 QMS and product lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor quality controls across manufacturing and delivery.
• Drive root-cause investigations and permanent corrective actions.
• Coach teams and uphold a Right First Time quality culture.
