Job summary

Mercury-Hampton-Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own the companys Quality Management System and drive improvements across the full product lifecycle. You will work with senior leadership to embed a robust quality culture from specifications through to after-sales support.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing manufacturing SME, with autonomy to implement lasting changes, improve performance, and deliver customer satisfaction.”

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Background in manufacturing quality improvements.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across the value chain.
• Drive root-cause investigations and permanent corrective actions.
• Lead manufacturing process improvements and in-process quality assurance.
• Improve first-pass yield and reduce defects, waste and rework.
• Develop and standardise quality procedures across the business.
• Conduct regular quality audits and supplier/customer audits.
