OCU Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to strengthen our quality management across the business. You will maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with customer requirements.

You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, develop a quality culture, and work with engineering, operations and suppliers to deliver reliable, quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within regulated environments such as engineering, construction, utilities or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS processes and managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and improving quality performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures and documentation.
• Plan and undertake audits, inspections and quality reviews, identifying non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance, analyze data and identify trends for improvement.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including performance assessments and audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve quality standards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide quality training and guidance to colleagues.
• Lead and develop the quality team to ensure effective QA and QC delivery.
