Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a Quality Manager for a manufacturing/fabrication business where getting it right first time matters. You’ll own the Quality Management System from ISO 9001 compliance through to First Article Inspection and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
• Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and processes
• Background in welding quality management, including WPS and PQR administration
• Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective action processes
• Confident communicator, comfortable acting as the primary quality contact for customers

Aufgaben

• Maintain and continually improve the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001
• Lead internal and external quality audits, including certification and customer assessments
• Manage First Article Inspection documentation, including weld maps, material certificates and inspection reports
• Oversee welding quality records, including WPSs, PQRs and welder qualification records
• Lead non-conformance investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and supplier corrective action requests
