JDR Recruitment are recruiting a Quality Manager to join our client based in Winsford, Cheshire CW7. The role oversees ISO 9000 documentation and acts as the primary contact for customers on quality issues.

You will investigate problems to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions while developing and maintaining quality control processes for PCB manufacturing. This full-time, permanent role offers a £45,000 per annum salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ISO 9000 documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on quality inquiries.
• Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain QA processes for PCB manufacturing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports for senior management and summarize findings.
