Qualifications

• Proven experience as quality manager in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of QMS, audits, compliance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing corrective actions, root cause analysis and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and driving ongoing improvements.
• Develop and improve quality processes, procedures and documentation to support operational excellence.
• Lead internal audits, quality reviews and corrective action processes to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.
• Monitor quality performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes and standards.
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business, working with operational teams to embed best practice.
• Manage supplier quality performance, ensuring suppliers meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain accurate quality records, traceability and documentation in line with company requirements.
• Provide quality guidance, training and support to employees to promote a strong quality culture.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.
