Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee QA on a major façade remediation project in Brighton, with scope to support future schemes across the South Coast. The role offers stability, a strong client base and opportunities for progression within a cash-rich group.

You will develop and drive QA systems, lead inspections, manage documentation and work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management within façades, cladding, or fire remediation sectors.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities to coordinate with site teams and clients.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail to identify and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance on a major façade remediation project from mobilisation to completion.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, inspection procedures and QA processes.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews per project specs and regulations.
• Manage ITPs, NCRs, snagging, and project quality records.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and clients to uphold high quality standards.
• Identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the project.
• Support future façade remediation projects in the region; travel as required.

Quality Manager - Facades Job Overview

• Leading quality assurance on a major façade remediation project in Brighton from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, inspection procedures and quality assurance processes.
• Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews to ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, building regulations and client requirements.
• Managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, non‑conformance reports (NCRs), snagging processes and project quality records.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and clients to ensure exceptional quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
• Identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement across the project.
• Providing technical support and guidance to site teams, ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently achieved.
• Supporting future façade remediation projects across Brighton and the wider South Coast.
• Occasional nationwide travel may be required, with a 10% salary bonus paid when working away from home.

Quality Manager - Facades Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Manager, QA Manager, Quality Engineer or similar within façade, cladding, fire remediation or the wider construction sector.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, quality assurance procedures, construction standards and relevant building regulations.
• Experience producing and managing quality documentation, inspection records and audit reports.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office and digital quality management systems.
• Able to commute to the Brighton project on a daily basis.
• Willingness to travel when required.
