Job summary

A leading international engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to ensure project delivery meets high quality, regulatory, and customer standards. This role, based in Leeds with travel across the UK, requires strong qualifications in quality or engineering, and experience in managing quality within project-focused environments. The Quality Manager will act as the primary contact for quality matters, develop quality plans, conduct audits, and manage non-conformances. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quality management within engineering, infrastructure, maintenance, or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and project-based processes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters.
  • Develop and maintain project quality plans aligned with internal and client requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections, tracking findings through to resolution.
  • Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Support supplier quality to ensure external deliverables meet required standards.
  • Produce regular quality performance reports for stakeholders.
