Job summary

Nub News in Warwick is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality risk, compliance and customer escalations, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role collaborates with customer-facing technical teams, Product Management, Group functions and production, serving as the main internal contact for technical product quality queries and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with Group standards and UK business requirements.
  • Lead the management of quality issues, coordinating investigations and ensuring CAPAs are implemented.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalated quality concerns, managing customer communications and recalls where required.
  • Drive resolution of quality issues through collaboration with internal teams, Group functions and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyse trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues.
  • Produce quality KPI reporting and chair regular quality review meetings to track issues, actions, risks and financial exposure.
  • Ensure accurate records for quality incidents, investigations and corrective actions.
  • Manage quality and compliance activities, including attending association meetings, product approvals, testing programmes and regulatory requirements.
  • Support stock inspections, quality alerts, product rework programmes and product fitness for sale assessments.
  • Provide technical quality support to Sales, Aftersales and Customer Service teams, resolving product related queries and supporting issue resolution.

Working closely with customer facing technical teams, Product Management, Group functions and production, the Quality Manager acts as the primary internal point of contact for technical product and quality queries, providing technical quality expertise and supporting effective issue resolution.
