Orion Electrotech is recruiting a Quality Manager for our Southend-on-Sea site. You will drive quality performance across the business, support production, customers and regulatory requirements, and oversee a dynamic, multi-day role with critical process ownership.

The role requires AS9100 knowledge, experience with FAIRs, strong leadership, and the ability to manage changing priorities within a busy manufacturing environment. 4-day week and competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.

• Experience completing and approving FAIRs.
• Internal audit experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Quality Manager

Southend-on-Sea - Up to £65K DOE 4-Day Working Week

As theQuality Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality performance across the business whilst supporting production, customers and regulatory requirements. This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities for this Quality Manager role includes:

• Managing and maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Creating, reviewing and approving FAIRs and LAIRs.

• Planning and conducting internal audits.
• Supporting customer and external audits.

To be successful in thisQuality Managerrole, you will need:

Package for thisQuality Manager role includes:

• Up to £65k -dependent on experience
• 4-day working week
• Monday to Thursday, 06:45am - 4:30pm
• 37-hour working week
• 16 days annual leave based on a 4-day working week (equivalent to 20 days for a standard 5-day week)
