Job summary

Technical Staffing Resources has a contract Quality Manager role in the UK for a major Oil & Gas FEED/EPC project. The candidate will administer PQMS, coordinate audits, and drive quality improvements from the UK office with close interface to engineering and procurement teams.

Essentially you will bring proven Oil & Gas project QA leadership, strong knowledge of QMS standards, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major Oil & Gas projects.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry quality standards.
• Experience supporting FEED and EPC project phases.
• Familiarity with project audits, quality reviews, and procurement quality requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
• Ensure project quality activities are implemented in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the project audit and review schedule.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the FEED phase.
• Provide quality input into pre-award procurement activities from the UK office.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Liaise closely with the Project IK Office and key project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and status updates to project leadership.
• Support the resolution of quality-related issues and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

KBR is seeking an experienced Quality Manager with proven Saudi Aramco project experience to support the Aramco Shaybah FEED Project.

Key Responsibilities
