Job summary
Swan Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Lead Technical Safety & Environmental Engineer for a 12-month FEED on the ARAMCO Shaybah Project. The role is based in Leatherhead with hybrid working and a 40-hour week (4 office days).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in safety and environmental aspects, with extensive oil & gas project experience and ideally ARAMCO exposure, though not essential.
Qualifications
- Lead capacity in a Technical Safety & Environmental role.
- Extensive oil & gas project experience advantageous.
- Experience with large-scale FEED projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical safety and environmental leadership for the 12-month FEED on the ARAMCO Shaybah Project.
- Support capacity improvements across Shaybah field GOSPs, power plant and well injection facilities.
- Work in a hybrid model based in Leatherhead, with 40 hours per week and 4 office days.

Hours – 40 hour week. – 4 office days required per week.
Technical Safety & Environmental Lead required for a 12-month FEED on the Aramco Shaybah Project
KBR are supporting work to increase and maintain maximum sustainable capacity across the Shaybah field’s four Gas-Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs), as well as power plant and well injection facilities – helping support the Kingdom’s future energy requirements.
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate experience in a lead capacity, ideally with previous ARAMCO project experience (not essential), but extensive oil & gas project experience would suffice.
