My client is an established company that specialises in producing made-to-measure bespoke products that are used in the manufacturing sector and they are now seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for the management of all quality activities across all sites, developing and delivering a companywide quality strategy and ensure that products meets the correct industry standards.

Quality Manager Responsibilities;

• Manage, motivate and direct the Quality Engineering team
• Ensuring that industry manufacturing standards are achieved such as ISO
• Develop and deliver a companywide quality strategy
• Manage the internal auditing processes
• Provide technical support and training for engineering colleagues
• Set and monitor Quality targets and KPIs

Quality Manager Requirements;

• Previous experience working within a Quality Manager/Lead based position
• HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering would be advantageous
• Must have knowledge of engineering & manufacturing processes
• ILM level 3 qualification would be advantageous
• Knowledge of quality tools is essential
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
