Northpoint is a well-established UK specialist in professional powder coating and anti-corrosion solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries.
Established in 1976 and based in Dukinfield, Northpoint has built a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise and customer service. As an Employee Ownership Trust organisation, our employees have a real connection to the continued success and development of the business.
We are now looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team and take a leading role in maintaining and developing our quality standards across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on Quality Manager position with significant responsibility for ensuring our products, processes and systems continue to meet high standards of quality, compliance and operational integrity.
You will provide oversight of the organisation’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, while working closely with the HSQE Manager to support our continued development and future accreditation activity.
This is not a role that will sit behind a desk. You will have a strong presence across the production environment, working closely with Quality Inspectors and production teams to identify issues, improve processes and embed a positive approach to quality throughout the business.
You will ideally have:
You will be someone who genuinely cares about quality and takes pride in finding better ways of working.
You will be comfortable challenging existing processes where improvements can be made, while also bringing people with you and helping teams understand the reasons behind quality standards and procedures.
This role would suit an experienced quality professional looking for the opportunity to have a real influence within an established manufacturing business.
If you are an experienced quality professional with a strong manufacturing background and are looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, we would love to hear from you.
