The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society is seeking to appoint a Quality Manager within Chester Medical School. This is a newly revised role that has been introduced to meet the evolving needs of the Medical School and particularly the MBChB programme. As a senior member of the Faculty's professional services team, you will manage and coordinate activity which helps to deliver high-quality provision within the Medical School.
You will work proactively with the Dean/ Associate Dean of the Medical School and will lead a team of staff to deliver a high-quality administrative service and ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and governance processes.
You will work alongside senior colleagues to implement, enhance and develop processes and procedures with particular focus on development of the MBChB programme.
Holding a high level of ICT proficiency, you will have proven administrative, numeracy and analytical skills. A strong team-player, you will be willing and able to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing situations and deadlines. Experience of implementing process improvements or contributing to projects would be an advantage.
A degree or an equivalent qualification or demonstrable evidence of comparable professional experience is essential.
