Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a permanent role based in East Suffolk. The role focuses on leading quality assurance across civil engineering projects, ensuring conformity with industry standards and project specs.

You will develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. The position offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a 45-52 hour week.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering. This permanent role is based in East Suffolk and requires a candidate who can lead and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across civil engineering projects. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams are essential to succeed in this role. Extensive stakeholder engagement.
