Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a permanent role based in East Suffolk. The role focuses on leading quality assurance across civil engineering projects, ensuring conformity with industry standards and project specs.

You will develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. The position offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a 45-52 hour week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience required.
• Proven quality management and assurance expertise.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality standards.
• Experience in audits and compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
