Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of the Quality Department, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & AS9120 B standards.


• Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to shape and implement company policies that drive quality and efficiency.


• Quality Management System: Establish, implement, and maintain processes for the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, documentation, and procedures.


• Customer Focus: Ensure that customer requirements are met, from product quality to compliance documentation.


• Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods, manage non-conformances, and investigate product returns to ensure continuous improvement.


• Vendor Management: Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to assess and maintain vendor quality standards, ensuring they meet our expectations.


• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your team to ensure high morale and performance, while keeping training records up to date.

• Proven experience in people management, including performance evaluations and setting objectives.


• An ability to balance daily tasks with larger strategic goals, maintaining a high standard of work under pressure.

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
