Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing or engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing audits, non-conformities and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Management System and lead internal/external audits.
• Oversee supplier quality, NCRs and CAPA to drive continuous improvement.
• Support teams to reduce defects and embed a right-first-time culture.
