Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in Walsall is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement in a fabrication/engineering environment. This permanent, full-time role focuses on maintaining robust quality systems and promoting right-first-time culture across operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, EN 1090, ISO 3834, LOLER, PUWER, and excellence in audits, CAPA/NCP processes and supplier quality management.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience in a Quality Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience within fabrication, manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of EN 1090 and ISO 3834.
• Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER requirements.
• Experience managing audits and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Ensure compliance with standards including EN 1090, ISO 3834, LOLER and PUWER.
• Conduct internal quality inspections and audits.
• Manage supplier audits and monitor supply-chain quality performance.
• Investigate quality issues and root-cause analysis.
