Job summary

Kids Planet Mansion House is seeking a Quality Lead to help run the nursery and inspire high standards of care across the EYFS framework. You will support the manager, foster strong relationships with families, and collaborate with external agencies to support each child’s growth.

The role requires Level 3 UK early years qualifications, strong safeguarding knowledge, and leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in all areas of running the nursery to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and work with outside agencies to support children's growth and wellbeing.
• Lead and guide the nursery team, keep children safe, and bring EYFS to life in a fun, engaging way.
