Job summary

Kids Planet Witney is hiring a Quality Lead to drive excellence in early years care. You will lead daily operations with the nursery team, ensuring safe, high‑quality practice and strong relationships with families and external partners.

The role requires a Level 3 UK early years qualification, deep EYFS knowledge, and solid safeguarding experience, with leadership responsibilities within a nursery setting. A caring, collaborative culture awaits.

• Strong leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursery manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and collaborate with external agencies.
• Guide and support the nursery team and bring the EYFS to life in a fun, engaging way.

How you'll make a difference as a Quality Lead:

• Through working alongside the manager to help with all areas of running the nursery, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
• By building warm, trusting relationships with families and work together with outside agencies to support each child's growth and wellbeing.
• Guiding and support the nursery team, keeping children safe at all times and bringing the EYFS to life in a way that's fun, engaging, and meets all requirements.

What a Quality Lead needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
