Job summary

Kids Planet is seeking a Quality Lead for our Wythenshawe nursery to oversee a room, ensuring high-quality care aligned with EYFS. You will mentor staff, promote professional development, and build strong relationships with children and families to support individual learning needs.

The role requires a Level 3 UK Early Years qualification, solid EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding expertise, with leadership experience desirable. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Level 3 early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families to meet individual needs and support learning.

How you'll make a difference as a Quality Lead:

What a Quality lead needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
