Drive Quality Excellence in a Thriving Manufacturing Environment

Are you an experienced Quality professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a proactive and driven standalone Quality Lead to drive and develop our Quality Management System, ensure compliance with industry standards, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Despite the title, this role has no direct management responsibilities. Instead, we're looking for someone who is comfortable being the driving force behind quality within the business. You'll be the go-to expert for all things quality, taking full ownership of end to end Quality while working closely with production, engineering, suppliers, customers, and senior leadership.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to influence business-wide improvements without the people management element often associated with management-level roles.
